Delivery
Your order goes into production 1–2 days after purchase. The build itself takes around 24 hours. Shipping within Norway normally takes 2–5 business days. Europe 5–10 business days, the rest of the world 7–14 business days.
You get a tracking number by email when the lamp ships. Read the shipping policy.
Returns and warranty
30-day returns: the lamp can be hung and tried, but must come back undamaged and in its original packaging. Return shipping on a change-of-mind return is paid by the buyer.
A statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies in addition. Statutory right of complaint for up to 2 years, or 5 years where the lamp is intended to last considerably longer. Read the return policy.
Installation and care
The pendant is wired into a ceiling box and supplied without a plug. Electrical work that forms part of a fixed installation must follow the rules that apply where you live. If in doubt, use a registered electrical contractor.
Clean with a dusting brush or a soft cloth. Marks can be removed with a lightly damp cloth. Avoid detergents. Full installation and care guide.

Stripe is the most disciplined of the models. The lines run vertically from top to bottom and give the lamp an architectural calm.
The light
The vertical lines split the light into narrow bands, casting a clear, graphic play of light on the surfaces around the lamp.
Where it belongs
Stripe suits rooms with straight lines – kitchen islands, hallways and interiors where the geometry is already taut.

- Over a dining table the lower edge normally sits 60–70 cm above the tabletop.
- The cable is 1 metre and can be adjusted when hanging.
- The dimensions are for the shade. The wooden base comes in addition.

Which bulb should I use?
HoneyLamp uses a standard E27 socket. We recommend an LED bulb with a warm colour temperature, around 2200–2700 K, to bring out the honey glow. The pendants take a maximum of 15 W, the table lamp 20 W. The bulb is not included.
Is the lamp dimmable?
Yes, as long as you use a dimmable bulb and a dimmer rated for LED. The lamp itself has no built-in dimmer.
How is the pendant installed?
The pendants are wired into a ceiling box and supplied without a plug. The cable is 1 metre and can be adjusted for length when hanging. Electrical work that forms part of a fixed installation must follow the rules that apply where you live – if in doubt, use a registered electrical contractor.
How long is the cable?
The standard is a 1 metre adjustable cable. On some models you can choose a 2–4 metre extra-long cable as an option above.
